Position Overview:
As a Scientific Project Manager, you will be crucial in coordinating and overseeing our scientific research projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1.      Leading project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and budgetary constraints.
2.      Collaborating with CROs, physicians, and study coordinators to achieve project milestones.
3.      Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
4.      Managing project documentation, including research protocols, reports, and data analysis.
5.      Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
6.      Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining high standards of scientific integrity.
7.      Contributing to developing and implementing research strategies to drive innovation and scientific excellence.

 

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1.      Proven experience in managing scientific research projects
2.      Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
3.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders in English.
4.      Knowledge of ethical considerations in scientific research.
5.      A passion for scientific discovery, with a drive to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in your field.
