Can't remember your password?

Seeing an error message when you try to log in? 

1. 1. Click here to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
   2. Click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
   3. Failing these, please reach out to the IBUS Office with a screenshot of the issue detailing the steps you took.

Where do I see Member-exclusives?

1. 1. Members' can click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
   2. Navigate to the Members' Area to see all Member-exclusives.
   3. If you still cannot see the Member-exclusives, please follow the steps outlined below.

You are logged in but unable to see Member-exclusives?

1. 1. Click here to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
   2. Click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
   3. Click the red button again: it should now say 'Go to IBUS Members' Portal', which means you are logged in.
   4. You should now be on the Members' Portal: Scroll down to the 'Membership' tab
   5. If the year displayed is the current year, you should be able to navigate to the Members' Area to see all Member-exclusives.
   6. If the current year is not displayed and a button appears to renew your membership, then you will need to do so to gain access to Member-exclusives.
