If you're having trouble logging in, it could be one of the following issues:

Can't remember your password? 
Simply request an email to Reset your Password

Seeing an error message when you try to log in? 

1. 1. Click to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
   2. Go to the IBUS homepage and click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner.
   3. Login

    

Unable to see Member-exclusive content?

1. 1. Click to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
   2. Go to the IBUS homepage and click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner.
   3. Login
   4. Click the red button again, it should now say 'Go to IBUS Members' Portal'.
   5. You should now be on the Portal: Scroll down to the 'My Membership' tab and check to see if your membership is active.
   6. If it is, you should be able to navigate to the Members' Area to see all Member-exclusive content.
