- Click here to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
- Click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
- Failing these, please reach out to the IBUS Office with a screenshot of the issue detailing the steps you took.
Where do I see Member-exclusives?

- Members' can click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
- Navigate to the Members' Area to see all Member-exclusives.
- If you still cannot see the Member-exclusives, please follow the steps in outlined below.
You are logged in but unable to see Member-exclusives?

- Click to Logout of the IBUS Members' Portal
- Click the red 'IBUS Members' Portal' button in the top right corner of the page and Login
- Click the red button again: it should now say 'Go to IBUS Members' Portal', which means you are logged in.
- You should now be on the Portal: Scroll down to the 'My Membership' tab and check to see if you have an Active Membership.
- If the year displayed is the current year, you should be able to navigate to the Members' Area to see all Member-exclusives.
- If you still cannot see the Member-exclusives, please write to IBUS Office via the email below.
