This virtual IBUS workshop, which forms the third module of the IBUS Curriculum, is a half-day online workshop focused on advanced bowel ultrasound. To accommodate IBUS members across different time zones, the workshop will be held twice on the same day.
This Module is intended to be completed towards the end of the IBUS training curriculum. Retrospective recognition of the modules is not possible. At the end of the workshop, participants will have the option to take the post-course exam. To be eligible for the Module 3 exam, participants must have completed Module 1 and Module 2 of the IBUS curriculum and be an IBUS member in good standing.
Registration is required for this event. Participation is open to those interested in learning more about the use of Intestinal Ultrasound (IUS) in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD).
Application Process
Applications for this workshop must be submitted via the IBUS Members’ Portal. Please note that an active IBUS membership is required to apply. The workshop participation fee is 300 EUR (plus 19% VAT).
Limited funding is available for participants who would like to apply for a fee waiver. Applicants working in a country classified as a “low-income economy” or “lower-middle-income economy” by the World Bank will be taken in consideration for a fee waiver, but acceptance to their request is not guaranteed.
The deadline for registrations is September 7th, 2026.
