1. Applicants must be active IBUS members at the time of application and throughout the promotion period.
2. Projects must align with IBUS’ scientific mission of advancing intestinal ultrasound (IUS) research and clinical applicability in the area of IBD.
3. Projects must be investigator-initiated.
4. Projects must be active or planned (not completed).
5. Projects must demonstrate sufficient collaborative value. Examples include:
- Survey invitations
- Open calls for scientific workshops, topical or systematic reviews, and similar initiatives
- Calls for co-investigators or participating sites
- Pilot or feasibility studies seeking partners
- Collaborative grant proposals or funding initiatives
- Invitations to join consensus or working groups
6. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed at the end of each month.
7. Submissions must clearly specify:
- the type of collaboration sought (e.g., expertise, study site, data),
- aim of the project and timeline, and
- expectation for collaborators.
8. Projects must comply with all applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.
9. Applicants are responsible for notifying IBUS of any major updates or early termination.
10. IBUS reserves the right to select project for inclusion on the Interactive Research Map.
