The IBUS Office is the first point of contact for members and anyone interested in applying for membership.
The team is in charge of the following:
- Administration and information of the members
- Workshop coordination in the framework of the IBUS training curriculum
- Clinical trial management including IT solutions
- Organising and hosting our official Webinars and Newsletters
- Cooperation and coordination with our partners and potential sponsors
- Managing the financial responsibilities of IBUS

Please be aware to carefully check the email address of any email you receive that seems suspicious. Below are a few tips to spot these emails:
- Do not click on suspicious links or open unexpected attachments.
- Verify the sender’s email address — carefully look for misspellings or unusual domains.
- Be cautious of urgent requests (e.g., “verify your account,” “reset your password,” or “approve payment”)
All emails you receive from us will be addressed from our domain: @bowel-ultrasound.org
If something feels off, report the message immediately to us here at the [email protected] so we can verify and investigate.
