To apply for this workshop, you must complete the below application form. The application requires a copy of your resume and a letter of recommendation from your Head of Department (if applicable) and must be submitted before Sunday, February 20th, 2022.

Limited places available; applications with equal qualifications will be evaluated on a first come first served basis.
Application process
The application process is divided in the following 3 steps:
- To be taken in consideration for the application process, fully completed applications must be submitted by Sunday, February 20th, 2022.
- The IBUS Education Committee will review all applications and select the potential workshop participants who will be informed of the results by Friday, March 4th, 2022.
- Registration to the workshop will be completed only after the IBUS Group have received payment of the participation fee (499 EUR). An invoice for the corresponding amount will be sent to the selected workshop participants by end of March 2022.

The workshop participation fee is 490 EUR which includes your participation to the lectures and hands-on practical sessions from 9:00am on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 till 6:00pm on Thursday, May 12th, 2022, full board during the workshop and a digital hand-out.
Please note that travel and accommodation arrangements are not included in the participation fee. Nevertheless, a preferential rate is available upon request – please contact our IBUS Group Office for further details [email protected].
