IBUS Level 2 – Advanced Skills and Train-the-Trainer and Hybrid Module 1 – May 30th and 31st, 2027 – Save the date

A new Level 2 and Train-the-Trainer Course and Hybrid Module 1 Workshop will happen in Leuven, Belgium, May 30-31, 2027.

Building on the experience gained from the initial IBUS Level 2 pilot in 2025, IBUS is introducing a revised version of the Level 2 educational program for experienced intestinal ultrasound (IUS) practitioners.

The revised program combines an Advanced Skills Course, focusing on technical excellence, image optimization and interpretation, with a Train-the-Trainer Course, designed to develop teaching, feedback, learner engagement and faculty development. The latter will include supervised teaching during a parallel IBUS Hybrid Module 1 Workshop, giving participants practical experience in training the next generation of IUS practitioners.
